Abstract

Perhotelan merupakan salah satu industri yang dapat menunjang industri pariwisata di Indonesia. Hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya perusahaan di industri pariwisata yang beroperasi di Indonesia yang menyebabkan kondisi persaingan khususnya di industri perhotelan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan, kewajaran harga dan kepuasan tamu terhadap minat berkunjung kembali dengan kepercayaan sosial sebagai moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di hotel Havenwood di Kota Jakarta, dimana data dikumpulkan dari 202 tamu hotel. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima, artinya kualitas layanan dan kewajaran harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu, dan kepuasan tamu, kualitas layanan dan kewajaran harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Namun tidak terdapat moderasi dari kepercayaan sosial pada pengaruh dari variabel kualitas layanan, kewajaran harga dan kepuasan tamu terhadap minat berkunjung kembali.
