Abstract
Prosedur kelas (Classroom procedures) adalah salah satu bagian penting dari pengelolaan kelas (classroom management). Tanpa prosedur kelas guru akan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengontrol perilaku siswa yang sulit dikendalikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penerapan prosedur kelas dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa Taman Kanak-kanak. Dalam penelitian ini diharapkan siswa dapat merasakan dan mengalami bahwa kedisiplinan akan tercipta melalui penerapan prosedur di dalam kelas. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan siswa Taman Kanak-kanak TK B (K3) di salah satu TK Kristen di daerah Jakarta Utara, tanggal 13 Juli sampai 26 November 2009. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rencana pelajaran (lesson plan), umpan balik (feed back), lembar observasi, lembar refleksi, dan lembar observasi Teacher educator. Analisis hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan prosedur kelas dapat mengontrol perilaku siswa yang sulit dikendalikan sehingga terciptanya kedisiplinan siswa yang turut mempengaruhi iklim kelas sehingga memiliki pengaruh terhadap akademik siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prosedur kelas yang dilakukan secara konsisten untuk meningkatkan disiplin siswa TK B efektif untuk diterapkan di dalam kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disarankan agar penerapan prosedur kelas untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa harus disampaikan dan diajarkan kepada siswa sejak awal tahun pembelajaran. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar siswa mengetahui hal-hal yang menjadi harapan guru di dalam kelas sehingga terciptanya kedisiplinan siswa.

Classroom procedure is one important part of classroom management. Without classroom procedures teacher will have difficulties to control student’s behavior. This research aims to identify the effect of the implementation of classroom procedure to increase kindergarten student’s discipline. In this research the students were expected to feel and experience that discipline occurred by the implementation of classroom procedure. The subject of this research is kindergarten 3rd students in one of Christian Kindergarten in the North Jakarta, from July 13 to November 26, 2009. The research this design used lesson plan, feed back, observation sheets, reflection sheets, and Teacher Educator’s sheets. It can be analyzed that the implementation of classroom procedure can control student’s behavior, therefore it creates students discipline, which impact the classroom climate so it further can impact student’s academic achievement. The result of this study points out that the implementation of classroom procedures which is done consistently to increase K3 student’s discipline, is effective to be implemented in the class. Based on the result of this research, it is suggested that the implementation of classroom procedure has to be to the student in the early period of an academic year, so that the student’s know the teacher’s expectation in the class, therefore it can create student’s discipline.
