Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Information Quality, Price Saving Orientation, dan Time Saving Orientation terhadap Intention to Use Online Food Delivery Application melalui Attitude Toward Online Food Delivery Services pada pelanggan GrabFood di Surabaya. Penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat memperkaya pengetahuan di bidang manajemen, khususnya terkait pengaruh Attitude Toward Online Food Delivery Services terhadap Intention to Use Online Food Delivery Application. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dari pengolahan data menggunakan SmartPLS 4, dengan memanfaatkan survei dari 180 responden berjenis kelamin pria serta wanita yang berusia 15-60, berdomisili di Surabaya, dan telah membeli makanan dari restoran melalui aplikasi GrabFood minimal 2 kali dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Information Quality, Price Saving Orientation, dan Time Saving Orientation memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Online Food Delivery Services dengan koefisien regresi masing-masing sebesar 0.000, 0.014, 0.027, 0.000, 0.002, dan 0.009. Selain itu, Attitude Toward Online Food Delivery Services berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intention to Use Online Food Delivery Application Through Smartphone dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.000 / This study analyzes the effect of Performance expectation, Effort expectation, Social Influence, Information Quality, Price Saving Orientation, and Time Saving Orientation on the Intention to Use Online Food Delivery Application through Attitude towards Online Food Delivery Services on GrabFood customers in Surabaya. The author hopes that this study can enrich knowledge in the field of management, especially related to the influence of Attitude towards Online Food Delivery Services on the Intention to Use Online Food Delivery Application. This study uses a quantitative approach from data processing using SmartPLS 4, by utilizing a survey of 180 male and female respondents aged 15-60, domiciled in Surabaya, and have purchased food from restaurants through the GrabFood application at least 2 times in the last 6 months. Performance expectation, Effort expectation, Social Influence, Information Quality, Price Saving Orientation, and Time Saving Orientation have a significant effect on Attitude towards Online Food Delivery Services with regression coefficients of each 0.000, 0.014, 0.027, 0.000, 0.002, and 0.009. In addition, Attitude towards Online Food Delivery services has a significant effect on the Intention to Use Online Food Delivery Application Through Smartphone with a regression coefficient of 0.000
