Abstract

Digitalisasi terus berkembang di Indonesia yang memunculkan gaya hidup baru pada masyarakat Indonesia yaitu online shopping yang didorong akibat adanya Covid 19. Produk perawatan kecantikan telah menjadi produk yang banyak dicari masyarakat dalam melakukan online shopping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived ease of use, perceived security, privacy concerns, product variety, on-time delivery, dan customer trust terhadap customer loyalty. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan oleh Sociolla dalam pengambilan keputusan ataupun pembuatan strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk pengguna aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu SmartPLS 3. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner yang akan dibagikan pada 106 orang baik pria maupun wanita yang berusia 18-60 tahun yang berada di Surabaya dan telah melakukan pembelian produk menggunakan aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla minimal 2 kali dalam 1 tahun terakhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perceived ease of use, perceived security, on-time delivery memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap customer trust. Sedangkan privacy concerns dan on-time delivery memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap customer trust. Product variety, on-time delivery, dan customer trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengembang aplikasi untuk meningkatkan produk yang akan dipasarkan dan juga keamanan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna / Digitalization continues to develop in Indonesia, giving rise to a new lifestyle among the Indonesian people, namely online shopping, driven by the Covid-19 pandemic. Beauty care products have become highly sought after by the public in online shopping. This study aims to determine the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived security, privacy concerns, product variety, on-time delivery, and customer trust on customer loyalty. The benefits of this research can be considered by Sociolla in decision-making or strategy development to enhance customer loyalty. This research is aimed at users of the SOCO by Sociolla application in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative method, specifically SmartPLS 3. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 106 individuals, both men and women, aged 18-60 years, residing in Surabaya, who have made product purchases using the SOCO by Sociolla application at least 2 times in the past year. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived security, and on-time delivery have a significant effect on customer trust. Meanwhile, privacy concerns and on-time delivery have a not significant effect on customer trust. Product variety, on-time delivery, and customer trust have a positive effect on customer loyalty. This research provides insights for application developers to enhance the products to be marketed and also improve security to increase user loyalty
