Abstract
Dalam jaman digital saat ini, di mana konsumen semakin terlibat dengan platform online untuk membeli barang dan jasa, menumbuhkan rasa kepercayaan dan loyalitas adalah hal yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan usaha e-commerce. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan kepercayaan elektronik dan retensi elektronik, menyoroti pentingnya faktor-faktor tersebut dalam mendorong pertumbuhan dan profitabilitas bisnis online. Sampel studi yang saya gunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dan terdiri dari 107 responden. Di mana para responden disyaratkan untuk menggunakan aplikasi Tokopedia setidaknya 2 kali dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Hasil analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS.
Seiring dengan meningkatnya transaksi online, pentingnya mengatasi kekhawatiran terkait keamanan, privasi, dan keandalan juga meningkat. Konsumen lebih cenderung bertransaksi dengan pedagang yang mereka anggap dapat dipercaya, sehingga memerlukan tindakan proaktif dari penjual online untuk membangun dan mempertahankan kepercayaan tersebut. Selain itu, mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada, telah diidentifikasi sebagai strategi hemat biaya untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dibandingkan dengan memperoleh pelanggan baru. Harapannya hasil dari analisis penelitian dapat memberikan wawasan lebih terhadap Tokopedia mengenai para penggunaannya dan dapat menjadikan hasil skripsi ini sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk ke depannya / In today's digital era, consumers are increasingly engaging with online platforms to purchase goods and services, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty is very important for the success of e-commerce businesses. This journal aims to explore the key factors that contribute to the development of e-trust and e-retention, highlighting these important factors in driving the growth and profitability of online businesses. The research sample that I used was qualitative research and consisted of 107 respondents. Where respondents were asked to use the Tokopedia application at least 2 times in the last 3 months. The results of data analysis were carried out using the SPSS application.
As online transactions increase, the importance of addressing security, privacy and privacy concerns also increases. Consumers are more likely to transact with merchants they perceive as trustworthy, requiring proactive action from online sellers to build and maintain that trust. Additionally, retaining existing customers, has been identified as a cost-effective strategy to increase profits compared to acquiring new customers. It is hoped that the results of the research analysis can provide more insight into Tokopedia regarding its use and can use the results of this thesis as material for consideration in the future
