Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu elemen krusial yang mempengaruhi perkembangan suatu negara. Seiring kemajuan pesat dalam ilmu pengetahuan, tantangan persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan juga menjadi lebih kompleks. Pada kenyataanya SMP Prince's Cre@tive School perlu mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya guna mengetahui serta mengoptimalkan kepuasan siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui indikator yang paling berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan di SMP Prince’s Cre@tive School dan memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan indikator-indikator tersebut. Pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh indikator untuk mengetahui masalah yang perlu diperbaiki dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 66 siswa dan untuk memperoleh akar permasalahan serta usulan perbaikan untuk indikator yang bermasalah dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pihak manajemen sekolah. Data didapatkan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada murid dengan jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi sebanyak 66 siswa. Kemudian pengolahan data kuesioner menggunakan metode IPMA Matriks dan Fishbone Diagram. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan 5 atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya dan diberikan usulan untuk perbaikan untuk indikator, yaitu Kepala sekolah memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap kebutuhan siswa (EE6) dan Beban kerja kepala sekolah yang tinggi (EE6) dengan Mean Importance sebesar 3.52 dan Mean Performance sebesar 3.38, Pegawai administrasi sekolah membantu murid dalam memberikan informasi yang diperlukan murid (A2) dengan nilai Mean Importance sebesar 3.61 dan nilai Mean Performance sebesar 3.41 dan Aula Sekolah yang nyaman (F2) dengan nilai Mean Importance sebesar 3.50 dan nilai Mean Performance sebesar 3.36. Setelah itu dilakukan wawancara kepada kepala sekolah terkait untuk mengetahui usulan perbaikan yang memungkinkan untuk diimplementasikan dan kemudian di kelompokkan ulang. / Education is a crucial element that significantly influences the development of a nation. With the rapid advancement of scientific knowledge, the challenges of competition among educational institutions have become increasingly complex. Therefore, SMP Prince's Cre@tive School needs to evaluate and enhance the quality of its services to determine and optimize student satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to identify the most influential service quality indicators at Prince's Cre@tive School and propose improvements to improve service quality based on these indicators. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 66 students to identify main problems that needed improvement. Next, in-depth interviews were conducted with School management to gain a deeper understanding of the root of the problem and to obtain recommendations for improvement. Further analysis of the questionnaire data was carried out using the IPA Matrix and Fishbone Diagram techniques. Based on data analysis, five attributes were identified that require Performance improvement, and recommendations have been proposed to improve these indicators. The principal places special emphasis on meeting student needs (EE6), the principal's heavy workload (EE6) with a Mean Importance of 3.52 and a Mean Performance of 3.38, administrative staff helping students obtain the necessary information (A2) with a Mean Importance of 3.61 and a Mean Performance of 3.41, and the comfort of the School hall. (F2) with a Mean Importance of 3.50 and a Mean Performance of 3.36. Subsequent interviews with principals explored potential improvement proposals that could be implemented, and these proposals were then recategorized.
