Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Santa Patricia telah meningkatkan beban administrasi bagi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, terutama dalam pengolahan nilai dan pembuatan rapor siap cetak. Proses yang masih bergantung pada template Microsoft Excel yang tidak terintegrasi menyebabkan rendahnya efektivitas dan efisiensi serta tingginya tingkat human error. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi e-Rapor Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis web yang terintegrasi dalam rangka menyederhanakan proses pengolahan nilai dan pembuatan rapor siap cetak di SMA Santa Patricia, sehingga permasalahan terkait efektivitas, efisiensi dan human error dapat diminimalkan. Sistem dikembangkan mengikuti tahapan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model system prototyping. Hasil uji fungsionalitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur pada sistem e-Rapor berfungsi dengan baik. Berdasarkan data kuesioner Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ), sistem usulan meningkatkan efektivitas dari skor rata-rata 5,85 menjadi 6,54 (12%) dan efisiensi dari 5,92 menjadi 6,38 (8%). Uji paired T-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kegunaan sistem (14%), kualitas informasi (13%), dan kualitas antarmuka (14%) dibandingkan sistem sebelumnya yang menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Sistem usulan berupa sistem e Rapor Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis web terbukti dapat menjadi solusi bagi tantangan administrasi pendidikan di SMA Santa Patricia. / The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Santa Patricia has increased the administrative burden for educators and staff, particularly in processing grades and generating ready-to-print report cards. The current process which still relies on unintegrated Microsoft Excel templates, has resulted in low effectiveness and efficiency, as well as a high level of human error. This study aims to develop a web-based integrated e-Rapor Merdeka Curriculum information system to simplify the process of managing grades and creating ready-to-print report cards at SMA Santa Patricia, thereby minimizing issues related to effectiveness, efficiency, and human error. The system was developed following the stages of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the system prototyping model. Functionality tests showed that all features of the e-Rapor system functioned properly. Based on data from the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ), the proposed system increased effectiveness from an average score of 5.85 to 6.54 (12%) and efficiency from 5.92 to 6.38 (8%). The paired T-test showed significant improvements in system usability (14%), information quality (13%), and interface quality (14%) compared to the previous system using Microsoft Excel. The proposed web-based Merdeka Curriculum e Rapor system has proven to be a solution to address educational administration challenges at SMA Santa Patricia.
