Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor utama terhadap preferensi pengguna aplikasi perbankan digital BRImo. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi convenience, expense, security, dan advantage terhadap customer satisfaction dan dampaknya terhadap customer loyalty. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari pengguna aplikasi BRImo. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk analisis regresi linier dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa convenience, expense, security, dan advantage memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap customer loyalty. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat kenyamanan, keamanan, keuntungan yang diperoleh pengguna, serta biaya yang kompetitif dalam penggunaan BRImo, semakin besar kepuasan pelanggan, yang kemudian meningkatkan loyalitas mereka terhadap aplikasi ini. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan terhadap BRImo / This research aims to analyze the influence of main factors on user preferences for the BRImo digital banking application. The factors studied include convenience, expense, security, and advantage on customer satisfaction and their impact on customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data from BRImo application users. Data processing was carried out using SPSS software for linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that convenience, expense, security, and advantage have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to customer loyalty. This means that the higher the level of comfort, security, benefits obtained by users, and competitive costs when using BRImo, the greater customer satisfaction, which then increases their loyalty to this application. The results of this research provide insight for Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in improving user experience and strengthening customer loyalty towards BRImo
