Abstract
Perubahan yang cepat disebabkan perkembangan dalam gaya hidup manusia terutama bidang teknologi, yang meliputi pemasaran. Munculnya berbagai aplikasi memberikan akses lebih mudah untuk mencari informasi. Aplikasi TikTok memiliki banyak pengguna yang menjadi tempat bagi influencer untuk berkarya dengan kemampuan untuk memimpin pendapat masyarakat sebagai KOL (Key Opinion Leader). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh expertise, authenticity, physical attractiveness, homophily terhadap loyalty to the influencer melalui trust pada followers akun TikTok Laura Siburian melalui. Demikian pula manfaatnya untuk menganalisa pengaruh expertise, authenticity, physical attractiveness, homophily Laura Siburian dalam akun TikToknya terhadap loyalty to the influencer melalui trust pada followers akun TikToknya. Penelitian ini bersifat kausal dengan metode kuantitatif dengan software SmartPLS 4 untuk mengolah data. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan dengan teknik snowball sampling. Responden yang dibutuhkan merupakan pengguna aktif media sosial TikTok pria atau wanita dengan rentang usia 18 – 60 tahun dan merupakan follower akun TikTok Laura Siburian dalam 3 bulan terakhir di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa authenticity memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap trust. Sedangkan expertise, physical attractiveness, dan homophily tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap trust. Trust memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalty to the influencer. Laura Siburian diharapkan dapat memberikan ulasan produk yang akurat supaya dapat diandalkan / The rapid evolution of human lifestyles, particularly in technology, has transformed marketing practices. Platforms like TikTok, with its vast user base, have become key arenas for influencers acting as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to shape public opinion. This study examines the effects of expertise, authenticity, physical attractiveness, and homophily on influencer loyalty, mediated by trust, among followers of Laura Siburian's TikTok account in Surabaya. Using a causal research design and quantitative methods, data were processed with SmartPLS 4 software. Respondents were active TikTok users aged 18–60, who had followed Laura Siburian’s account in the past three months in Surabaya. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed through snowball sampling. The findings reveal that authenticity significantly impacts trust, whereas expertise, physical attractiveness, and homophily do not. Additionally, trust was found to positively influence loyalty to the influencer. These results suggest that maintaining authenticity is critical for building trust and fostering loyalty. Laura Siburian is encouraged to consistently provide accurate and credible product reviews to enhance her influence. This study contributes to the understanding of influencer marketing dynamics and offers practical insights for brands and influencers aiming to establish stronger connections with their audiences
