Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job training, quality of work life, and compensation on employee loyalty at the Khas Parapat Hotel. This type of research uses quantitative research. The research sample was 92 employees. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the job training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at the Khas Parapat Hotel. The quality of work life partially has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at the Khas Parapat Hotel. Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at the Khas Parapat Hotel. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that job training, quality of work life, and compensation simultaneously affect employee loyalty at the Khas Parapat Hotel. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan pada Hotel Khas Parapat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 92 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas loyalitas karyawan pada hotel KhasParapat. Kualitas kehidupan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada hotel Khas Parapat. Dan Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada hotel Khas Parapat. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapatdisimpulkan Pelatihan kerja, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada hotel Khas Parapat.
