Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Variety Of Menu, Atmosphere, dan Service Quality terhadap Word Of Mouth melalui Customer Satisfaction dan Revisit Intention. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah memperkaya ilmu dan pengetahuan dalam bidang manajemen, khususnya pengaruh Customer Satisfaction dan Revisit Intention terhadap Word Of Mouth pada konsumen kedai kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data SmartPLS 4.1.0.8. data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 106 responden pria dan wanita usia 18-60 tahun, yang tinggal di Surabaya dan telah membeli produk Starbucks Reserve Galaxy Mall 3 Surabaya dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variety Of Menu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,000, Atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,050, Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,035, Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,000, Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Word Of Mouth dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,000. Serta terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Revisit Intention dan Word Of Mouth dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,000 / This study explores the impact of Variety Of Menu, Atmosphere, Service Quality toward Word Of Mouth through Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention. The research aims to enrich management knowledge, particularly regarding the influence of Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention toward Word Of Mouth, to coffee shop customers. A quantitative approach with SmartPLS 4.1.0.8 analysis was used. Data were collected from 106 respondents, ages 18-60 in Surabaya, that purchased products of Starbucks Reserve Galaxy Mall 3 Surabaya in the past three months. The results indicate that Variety Of Menu significantly influences Customer Satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0,000, Atmosphere significantly influences Customer Satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0,050, Service Quality significantly influences Customer Satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0,035, Customer Satisfaction significantly influences Revisit Intention with a regression coefficient of 0,000, Customer Satisfaction significantly influences Word Of Mouth with a regression coefficient of 0,000. Finally, Revisit Intention has a significant impact on Word Of Mouth with a regression coefficient of 0,000
