Abstract
Perkembangna insutri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia adalah salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara Indonesia, dimana banyak sekali usaha-usaha baru yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman dimana usaha ini tidak memerlukan banyak biaya tergantung dari lokasi dan juga jenis makanan atau minuman yang dipasarkan. Di Surabaya banyak sekali coffe shop yang menawarkan makanan atau minuman dan terus berkembang dengan seiring berjalannya waktu. Dimana salah satu coffe shop adalah Titik Koma. Diketahui pada awalnya Titik Koma hanya memiliki 1 cabang di Surabaya yang didirikan pada Juni 2016 dan terus berkembang pesat hingga sekarang dan tersebar luas ke seluruh Indonesia (titikkoma.com). Maka dari itu dengan adanya Titik Koma mereka memiliki pernanan penting dalam perkembangan coffe shop di Surabaya. Dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Service Quality, Social Enjoyment, Cleanliness, Aesthetics, dan Cost terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction pada pelanggan Titik Koma di SIwalankerto Surabaya. Sampel yang akan digunakan yaitu 112 pelanggan dimana sudah ditetapkan karakteristik reponden yang digunakan ialah : pria dan wanita yang berdomisili di Surabaya dan berumur 18-60 Tahun. Kuesioner ini akan diberikan ke responden yang telah makan ditempat dan berkunjung ke café Titik Koma sebanyak 2 kali dalam 1 tahun terakhir. Untuk mengolah data hasil penelitian saya menggunakan teknik analisis data SPSS / The development of the food and beverage industry in Indonesia is one of the important factors influencing the increase in Indonesia's economic growth, where there are many new businesses operating in the food and beverage sector where this business does not require a lot of Costs depending on the location and also the type of food or drink. which is marketed. In Surabaya there are many coffee shops that offer food or drinks and they continue to grow over time. Where one of the coffee shops is Titik Koma. It is known that initially Titik Koma only had 1 branch in Surabaya which was founded in June 2016 and continues to grow rapidly until now and is widespread throughout Indonesia (detikkoma.com). Therefore, with the existence of Titik Koma, they have an important role in the development of coffee shops in Surabaya. Where this research aims to determine the influence of the variables Service Quality, Social Enjoyment, Cleanliness, Aesthetics, and Cost on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction for Titik Koma customers in Siwalankerto Surabaya. The sample that will be used is 112 customers where the characteristics of the respondents used have been determined, namely: men and women who live in Surabaya and are aged 18-60 years. This questionnaire will be given to respondents who have eaten at and visited the Titik Koma café twice in the last year. To process the research data, I used the SPSS method
