Abstract

Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan is an Indonesian food and beverage brand. To increase the number of customers, Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan utilizes their service quality, menu variety, and viral marketing to increase the customer’s intent to revisit. However, this has not been very successful seeing as how the reviews for Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan have been less positive and more negative as time goes on, this may be due to their low service quality, poor menu variety, or poor viral marketing. This study examines the factors influencing customers' intent to revisit in Pan & Co, a restaurant known for its Japanese fluffy pancakes, located in Sun Plaza, Medan. Specifically, the study aims to determine whether service quality, menu variety, and viral marketing impact the customers’ intent to revisit after their first visit. Pan & Co’s unique appeal lies in its aesthetically pleasing and "instagrammable" offerings, yet customer experiences are shaped by their perception of service efficiency, the diversity of menu options, and the brand's online presence. Using a quantitative approach and survey data from 119 respondents of individuals with prior dining experience at Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan. The study utilized Microsoft Excel and SPSS as data analysis and data processing tools. The results of the research and the hypothesis testing shows that the independent variables, Service Quality (X1), Menu Variety (X2), and Viral Marketing (X3) have little to no influence on the dependent variable, customers’ Intent to Revisit (Y) at Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan. / Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan adalah sebuah merek makanan dan minuman asal Indonesia. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan, Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan memanfaatkan kualitas layanan, variasi menu, dan pemasaran viral guna meningkatkan niat pelanggan untuk berkunjung kembali. Namun, upaya ini belum terlalu berhasil karena ulasan untuk Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan cenderung semakin negatif seiring berjalannya waktu. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh rendahnya kualitas layanan, variasi menu yang kurang menarik, atau strategi pemasaran viral yang kurang efektif. Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat pelanggan untuk kembali berkunjung ke Pan & Co, sebuah restoran yang terkenal dengan pancake Jepang yang lembut, berlokasi di Sun Plaza, Medan. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah kualitas layanan, variasi menu, dan pemasaran viral berdampak pada niat pelanggan untuk kembali setelah kunjungan pertama mereka. Daya tarik unik Pan & Co terletak pada penampilan estetik dan "instagrammable"-nya, namun pengalaman pelanggan dibentuk oleh persepsi mereka terhadap efisiensi layanan, keragaman menu, dan kehadiran merek di dunia maya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data survei dari 119 responden yang merupakan individu dengan pengalaman makan sebelumnya di Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan, penelitian ini menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS sebagai alat analisis dan pemrosesan data. Hasil penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen, yaitu Kualitas Layanan (X1), Variasi Menu (X2), dan Pemasaran Viral (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang sedikit atau tidak berpengaruh sama sekali terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu Niat Pelanggan untuk Kembali Berkunjung (Y) di Pan & Co, Sun Plaza Medan.
