Abstract

Menulrult perkiralaln, pertulmbulhaln alkaln teruls berlalnjult di talhuln-talhuln mendaltalng. Traveloka merupakan salah satu e-commerce yang banyak digunakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Monetary Value, Quality of Benefits Value, Social Status Value, Information Value, dan Preference Value terhadap Purchase Intention pada pengguna Traveloka di Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 149 responden, yang terdiri dari pria dan wanita berusia 17-60 tahun, berdomisili di Surabaya, serta telah menggunakan Traveloka minimal dua kali dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar adalah Quality of Benefits Value dengan nilai regresi sebesar 0,462, diikuti oleh Monetary Value dengan nilai regresi sebesar 0,382. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya Traveloka untuk terus meningkatkan nilai manfaat dan kualitas layanan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna untuk memperkuat niat pembelian. Selain itu, variabel Preference Value juga menunjukkan kontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan pengalaman positif pengguna, yang dapat mendorong loyalitas terhadap layanan Traveloka / The growing trend of e-commerce in Indonesia has been growing rapidly in the last few decades. According to forecasts, the occurrence of alkalin occurrences continues to occur in the coming months. Traveloka is an e-commerce site that is widely used by the public. This research aims to analyze the influence of Monetary Value, Quality of Benefits Value, Social Status Value, Information Value, and Preference Value on Purchase Intention of Traveloka users in Surabaya. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 149 respondents, consisting of men and women aged 17-60 years, who live in Surabaya, and have used Traveloka at least twice in the last three years. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method using SPSS software. The research results show that all independent variables have a significant influence on Purchase Intention. The variable that has the greatest influence is Quality of Benefits Value with a regression value of 0.462, followed by Monetary Value with a regression value of 0.382. The implication of this research is that it is important for Traveloka to continue to increase the value of benefits and service quality perceived by users to strengthen purchasing intentions. Apart from that, the Preference Value variable also shows a significant contribution in creating a positive user experience, which can encourage loyalty to Traveloka services
