Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Entertainment, Interactivity, dan Trendiness terhadap Brand image untuk membentuk Brand loyalty dan Willingness to Pay Premium Price pada Digimap Surabaya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Digimap Surabaya dengan metode snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari 140 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Entertainment, Interactivity, dan Trendiness memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Brand image. Brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand loyalty, yang pada akhirnya juga memengaruhi Willingness to Pay Premium Price. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Digimap dapat meningkatkan strategi pemasaran melalui konten yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai tren untuk membangun loyalitas pelanggan dan meningkatkan keinginan mereka untuk membayar harga premium / This study aims to analyze the influence of Entertainment, Interactivity, and Trendiness on Brand image to form Brand loyalty and Willingness to Pay Premium Price at Digimap Surabaya. The sample of this research is consumers who have made purchases at Digimap Surabaya using the snowball sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire consisting of 140 respondents. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect between variables. The results showed that the variables Entertainment, Interactivity, and Trendiness have a significant positive effect on Brand image. Brand image has a positive effect on Brand loyalty, which in turn also affects Willingness to Pay Premium Price. The implication of this study is that Digimap can improve marketing strategies through interesting, interactive, and on- trend content to build customer loyalty and increase their Willingness to Pay Premium Prices
