Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, desain, kepercayaan, harga dan pilihan makanan terhadap persepsi nilai, sikap terhadap aplikasi pesan-antar makanan dan niat untuk terus menggunakan pelanggan GrabFood di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap aplikasi pesan-antar makanan. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak murni untuk melakukan survei terhadap 120 pengguna GrabFood di Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan offline. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan, 6 didukung oleh data penelitian dan 1 ditolak. Telah dibuktikan bahwa kemudahan, desain, keandalan, harga dan berbagai pilihan makanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap persepsi nilai dan sikap terhadap aplikasi pesan-antar makanan. Namun, kekuatan pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen bervariasi. Implikasi teoritis dari penelitian ini memperkuat konsep-konsep sebelumnya dalam literatur tentang manajemen pemasaran digital dan perilaku konsumen, khususnya dalam layanan pesan-antar makanan. Dalam praktiknya, temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi penyedia layanan makanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi, desain antarmuka, kepercayaan pengguna, strategi harga, dan keragaman pilihan makanan / The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of convenience, design, trust, price and food choices on perceived value, attitude towards food delivery applications and intention to continue using GrabFood customers in Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methodology to study the factors that influence consumer behavior towards food delivery applications. This research methodology uses a pure random sampling technique to conduct a survey of 120 GrabFood users in Surabaya. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed online and offline. The data analysis method used simple regression and multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 22.0. The results showed that of the seven hypotheses proposed, 6 were supported by the research data and 1 was rejected. It has been proven that convenience, design, reliability, price and variety of food choices have an influence on perceived value and attitude towards food delivery applications. However, the strength of the influence of each independent variable varies. The theoretical implications of this study strengthen previous concepts in the literature on digital marketing management and consumer behavior, especially in food delivery services. In practice, the findings of this study provide important insights for food service providers to improve application quality, interface design, user trust, pricing strategy, and diversity of food choices
