Abstract
This purpose of this study influence of cafe atmosphere, food quality, and
product variations on the interest in revisiting Kedai Kopi Kebun Medan. This
research was conducted at Kedai Kopi Kebun Medan, which is one of the cafes with
the concept of vegetables that can be picked directly from the garden.
Today's culinary connoisseurs have made the cafe atmosphere one of the
important roles in dining. food quality and the use of fresh ingredients are
considered the main reasons customers choose to return to the restaurant. Diverse
menu options can increase interest in visiting by providing more reviews for
customers to return and try different dishes.
The research method in this study is quantitative and descriptive using a
causality study with a sample of 110 consumers. Respondents are customers who
are taken using sampling criteria using non probability with convenience sampling.
The questionnaire distribution has passed the validity and reliability tests.
The data tested has also passed the tests of normality, multicollinearity,
heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the cafe
atmosphere, food quality, and product variety simultaneously influenced the interest
in visiting again with a coefficient of determination of 63.6%. In partial testing, the
cafe atmosphere, food quality, and product variety have a significant influence on
return visit interest.
It can be recommended to Kedai Kopi Kebun Medan to ensure that the room
temperature is maintained at an ideal level for all customers, regardless of the
weather outside. Focus on using fresh ingredients and emphasising that freshness
to customers. Ensure better stock management so that every menu item is always
available. Enhance the customer experience that differentiates the shop from
competitors, both in terms of service, ambience, and menu offerings./Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh suasana kafe,
kualitas makanan, dan variasi produk terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada
Kedai Kopi Kebun Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kedai Kopi Kebun Medan
yang merupakan salah satu cafe dengan konsep dengan konsep sayuran yang dapat
dipetik langsung dari kebun.
Penikmat kuliner saat ini telah menjadikan suasana kafe sebagai salah satu
peran penting dalam bersantap. kualitas makanan dan penggunaan bahan-bahan
segar dianggap sebagai alasan utama pelanggan memilih untuk kembali ke
restoran. Pilihan menu yang beragam dapat meningkatkan minat berkunjung
dengan memberikan lebih banyak ulasan bagi pelanggan untuk kembali dan
mencoba hidangan yang berbeda.
Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif
dengan menggunakan studi kausalitas dengan sampel sebanyak 110 konsumen.
Responden merupakan pelanggan yang diambil menggunakan kriteria
pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability dengan convenience sampling.
Penyebaran kuesioner telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data
yang diuji juga telah lolos uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas,
dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suasana kafe,
kualitas makanan, dan variasi produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat
berkunjung kembali dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 63.6%. Pada
pengujian secara parsial suasana kafe, kualitas makanan, dan variasi produk
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali.
Dapat direkomendasikan kepada Kedai Kopi Kebun Medan untuk
Memastikan suhu ruangan dijaga pada tingkat yang ideal untuk semua pelanggan,
terlepas dari cuaca di luar. Fokus pada penggunaan bahan-bahan segar dan
menekankan kesegaran tersebut kepada pelanggan. Memastikan manajemen stok
yang lebih baik sehingga setiap item menu selalu tersedia. Peningkatan
pengalaman pelanggan yang membedakan kedai ini dengan kompetitor, baik dari
segi pelayanan, suasana, maupun menu yang ditawarkan.
