Abstract

Meta Property Medan experienced a decline in employee performance which resulted in decreased performance appraisal. The objective of this study are investigate whether work environment, discipline and leadership have partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance at Meta Property Medan. Work environment, discipline and leadership play an important role in increasing employee performance can encourage the improvement of company performance so that it can be more advanced and developed so that competitiveness can increase. In this research, the writer used quantitative, descriptive, causal research design and IBM SPSS statistics version 26. The sampling technique used was sensus sampling. The population and sample in the study was 46 employees at Meta Property Medan. This research passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 0.786 + 0.647 X1 + 0.244 X2+ 0.162 X3 + e. The results of hypothesis test showed that work environment, discipline and leadership have partial or simultaneous influence on employee performance at Meta Property Medan and adjusted R square value of 51%. Recommendations for Meta Property Medan can design some gathering events for employees and aggravate sanctions or penalties given to employees who waste work equipment provided by the company./ Meta Property Medan mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan yang berakibat pada menurunnya penilaian kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Meta Property Medan. Lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja perusahaan agar dapat lebih maju dan berkembang sehingga daya saing dapat meningkat. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif, kausal dan IBM SPSS statistics versi 26. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus sampling. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 karyawan di Meta Property Medan. Penelitian ini telah melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan diperoleh persamaan Y = 0,786 + 0,647 X1 + 0,244 X2+ 0,162 X3+ e. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Meta Property Medan dan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 51%. Rekomendasi untuk Meta Property Medan dapat merancang beberapa acara gathering untuk karyawan dan memperberat sanksi atau hukuman yang diberikan kepada karyawan yang menyia-nyiakan peralatan kerja yang disediakan perusahaan.
