Abstract

Warisan kuliner tradisional Indonesia, termasuk kue khas Bangka, mencerminkan kekayaan budaya yang berakar pada akulturasi sejarah dan tradisi. Sayangnya, minimnya dokumentasi dan edukasi tentang kue tradisional ini telah menyebabkan penurunan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap warisan kuliner tersebut. Untuk melestarikan dan memperkenalkan kembali kue tradisional Bangka Belitung, penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah buku resep berjudul Rancangan Kompilasi Resep Kue Tradisional Khas Bangka Belitung. Buku ini dirancang sebagai panduan memasak yang tidak hanya berisi bahan dan langkah pembuatan secara sistematis, tetapi juga dilengkapi dengan narasi sejarah kue yang memberikan wawasan tentang asal-usul, nilai budaya, dan evolusi setiap kue tradisional. Pendekatan inovatif ini menggabungkan pendidikan kuliner dengan upaya pelestarian budaya lokal di tengah modernisasi. Seminar hasil diadakan sebagai bagian dari penelitian untuk mendiseminasikan hasil, mendapatkan umpan balik, dan menyempurnakan buku resep. Seminar ini memberikan manfaat berupa edukasi tentang sejarah, keberagaman, dan proses pembuatan kue tradisional, sekaligus meningkatkan apresiasi masyarakat terhadap kuliner lokal. Dengan kombinasi panduan praktis dan narasi budaya, buku ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media pelestarian warisan kuliner Bangka Belitung dan menarik perhatian generasi muda serta masyarakat luas. / Traditional Culinary Heritage of Indonesia, including Bangka's distinctive cakes, reflects a rich culture rooted in historical and traditional acculturation. Unfortunately, the lack of documentation and education about these traditional cakes has led to a decline in public awareness of this culinary heritage. To preserve and reintroduce Bangka Belitung's traditional cakes, this research has resulted in a recipe book titled "Design of a Recipe Book for Traditional Cakes of Bangka Belitung." This book is designed as a cooking guide that not only systematically presents ingredients and preparation steps but also includes historical narratives of the cakes, providing insights into their origins, cultural values, and evolution. This innovative approach combines culinary education with efforts to preserve local culture amidst modernization. A results seminar was held as part of the research to disseminate findings, gather feedback, and refine the recipe book. The seminar offers educational benefits about the history, diversity, and preparation process of traditional cakes while fostering greater public appreciation for local cuisine. With its combination of practical guidance and cultural narratives, the book is expected to serve as a medium for preserving the culinary heritage of Bangka Belitung and to attract the attention of younger generations and the broader community.
