Abstract

Calm & Cup Cafe is an innovative business concept offering functional beverages designed to help reduce stress and fatigue, particularly targeting urban residents in BSD (Bumi Serpong Damai), Tangerang Regency. This study aims to assess the feasibility of Calm & Cup Cafe from the perspectives of market, technical, managerial, financial, and environmental aspects. The research employs a descriptive business feasibility analysis approach, incorporating market analysis, operational analysis, organizational and human resource analysis, as well as financial analysis. The findings reveal that Calm & Cup Cafe has significant market potential, driven by the high levels of stress and fatigue prevalent in the urban area of BSD. Financial analysis indicates that the project is viable, with a positive NPV, an IRR exceeding the discount rate, and a short payback period. The novelty of this research lies in the cafe's concept, which prioritizes natural ingredient-based beverages and a nature-inspired ambiance that promotes mental health benefits, complemented by yoga and meditation classes—offerings that remain scarce in the local market.Based on these findings, Calm & Cup Cafe is deemed a feasible initiative, providing an innovative solution to address the urban community's need for physical and mental well-being.
