Abstract
Studi kelayakan bisnis ini bertujuan mengkaji potensi pendirian “Clawpot” Crab Claypot Restaurant, sebuah restoran modern yang mengusung konsep makanan laut khas dengan menu utama claypot berbahan dasar kepiting. Restoran ini dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat urban akan pengalaman bersantap yang autentik dan unik. Tujuan utama studi ini adalah menilai kelayakan bisnis dengan menganalisis berbagai aspek, termasuk pemasaran, operasional, organisasi dan sumber daya manusia, serta keuangan. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, seperti survei pasar dan proyeksi keuangan. Konsep Crab Claypot Restaurant sejalan dengan tren kuliner yang berkembang, menawarkan nilai jual unik berupa pengalaman bersantap otentik dengan fokus pada bahan baku lokal berkualitas tinggi. Proyeksi keuangan menunjukkan potensi pertumbuhan yang stabil, sehingga bisnis ini dinilai layak secara finansial. Keunikan restoran ini terletak pada kombinasi antara tradisi kuliner yang kaya akan cita rasa khas dan kebutuhan masyarakat modern akan makanan yang lezat dan bernutrisi. Dengan menekankan bahan lokal, menu personal, dan kesegaran produk Crab Claypot Restaurant menawarkan pengalaman makan yang unik bagi masyarakat perkotaan.

This business feasibility study aims to assess the potential establishment of “Clawpot” Crab Claypot Restaurant, a modern eatery specializing in seafood with a primary focus on claypot dishes featuring crab. The restaurant is designed to meet the urban community's demand for an authentic and unique dining experience. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the business feasibility by analyzing various aspects, including marketing, operations, organizational and human resources, and financial factors. The methodology employed combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, such as market surveys and financial projections.
