Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal penting yang harus dimiliki setiap anak bangsa, namun saat ini masih sangat banyak anak-anak bangsa yang tidak memiliki keinginan dalam menempuh pendidikan mereka lebih tinggi. Sehingga solusi yang dapat diberikan adalah dengan mengembangkan sektor pendidikan di Indonesia melalui teknologi, seperti Artificial Intelligence (AI). Namun, tentunya dalam dunia pendidikan, AI tidak selalu memberikan dampak baik dalam penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, perlunya untuk dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi penerimaan AI pada sektor pendidikan. AI yang akan diteliti adalah ChatGPT, yang merupakan aplikasi AI yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia menurut databoks (2023). Lalu, metode yang akan digunakan adalah UTAUT-3 yang menjadi metode paling sesuai dalam menganalisis permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 187 responden. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah tujuh dari dua belas hipotesis dapat diterima seperti variabel effort expectancy, performance expectancy, habit, dan personal innovativeness mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel behavioral intention pada penggunaan ChatGPT untuk pendidikan, dan variabel facilitating conditions, habit, dan behavioral intention mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel use behavior pada penggunaan ChatGPT untuk pendidikan./Education is essential for every child in the nation should have, yet currently there are still a lot of children who still lack in the motivation to pursue higher education. So the solution that can be provided is to advance the education sector in Indonesia through technology, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). However, in the field of education, AI does not always have a positive impact when applied. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the factors that may influence AI acceptance in the education sector. The AI to be studied is ChatGPT, which is the most widely used AI application in Indonesia, according to databoks (2023). The research method applied is UTAUT-3, which is considered the most appropriate method for analyzing this type of issue. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 187 respondents. Results indicate that seven out of twelve hypotheses are supported, such as the variables of effort expectancy, performance expectancy, habit, and personal innovativeness have a significant effect on the behavioral intention variable in using ChatGPT for education, and then the variables of facilitating conditions, habit, and behavioral intention have a significant effect on the use behavior variable in using ChatGPT for education.
