Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Desa Tanjung Burung, masyarakat disana menghadapi tantangan ekonomi akibat alih fungsi lahan dan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan penduduknya. Sebagian besar masyarakat bergantung pada sektor perikanan, namun pembangunan real estate telah mengurangi mata pencaharian mereka. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif melalui pelatihan pembuatan kue tradisional khas Bangka Belitung. Dengan cara melakukan kegiatan workshop kue tradisional ini memiliki potensi besar untuk dijadikan produk kuliner yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Program ini menyasar ibu rumah tangga di Desa Tanjung Burung yang berkeinginan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kuliner dan membuka usaha berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan praktis, termasuk teknik pembuatan kue, pemilihan bahan baku, dan penyajian produk. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan peserta. Diharapkan, dengan adanya program ini, masyarakat Tanjung Burung dapat mengoptimalkan potensi lokal, menciptakan peluang usaha, dan meningkatkan perekonomian desa melalui produk kuliner yang bernilai tambah.

This research aims to address the challenges faced by the community of Tanjung Burung Village, where residents are grappling with economic difficulties due to land conversion and low levels of education. The majority of the population relies on the fisheries sector, but the development of real estate has reduced their livelihood. This Community Service Program (PKM) seeks to develop a creative economy through training in the production of traditional Bangka Belitung cakes. By conducting workshops on traditional cakes, there is a significant potential to transform these into culinary products that can improve the village's economic welfare. The program targets housewives in Tanjung Burung Village who are eager to develop their culinary skills and start creative economy-based businesses. The method employed involves practical training, including cake-making techniques, selection of raw materials, and product presentation. Evaluation will be conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the participants' knowledge levels. It is hoped that with this program, the people of Tanjung Burung can optimize local potential, create business opportunities, and boost the village's economy through value-added culinary products.
