Abstract

This research investigates the viability and financial assessment of Karsa, fusion pastry lounge located in South Jakarta. By employing a structured business framework and forecasts, the study delves into essential elements such as fixed and variable expenses, revenue growth, break-even analysis, and profit and loss projections over a five-year timeline. Through detailed financial modeling, Karsa's initial investment of Rp. 3,500,000,000 is analyzed in relation to market trends, sales objectives, and profitability standards. The results indicate that although the first year results in losses due to substantial startup costs, the business reaches break-even in the second year, highlighting its sustainability and potential for profitability. This thorough analysis offers a strategic guide for effective business operations within Indonesia's competitive food and beverage sector. / Penelitian ini mengkaji kelayakan dan analisis keuangan Karsa, sebuah konsep bisnis kue fusion Jakarta Selatan. Dengan menggunakan kerangka bisnis dan proyeksi yang terstruktur, makalah ini mengeksplorasi aspek penting seperti biaya tetap dan variabel, pertumbuhan pendapatan, analisis titik impas, serta estimasi laba rugi selama periode lima tahun. Melalui pemodelan keuangan yang teliti, investasi awal Karsa sebesar Rp. 3,500,000,000 dievaluasi berdasarkan dinamika pasar, target penjualan, dan tolok ukur profitabilitas. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pada tahun pertama mengalami kerugian akibat tingginya biaya awal, bisnis ini mencapai titik impas pada tahun kedua, yang menunjukkan potensi keberlanjutan dan profitabilitas. Analisis komprehensif ini memberikan peta strategis untuk operasi bisnis yang sukses di industri makanan dan minuman yang kompetitif di Indonesia.
