Abstract
Tujuan dari pelaksanaan seminar hasil ini untuk mempresentasikan hasil penelitian dengan judul "Entremet dari Olahan Buah Terong Belanda". Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui variasi produk terong belanda, mengembangkan variasi olahan terong belanda selain jus dan mengembangkan produk pastry. Metode penelitian dimulai dari langkah-langkah penelitian yang terdiri dari potensi dan masalah, mengumpulkan data, desain produk, validasi desain produk, revisi desain, uji coba produk terbatas, revisi desain dan diseminasi. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan metode penelitian tahap I yang terdiri dari populasi dan sampel sumber data, teknik pengumpulan data, instrumen penelitian, teknis analisis data, dan validasi desain. Lalu yang terakhir yaitu metode penelitian tahap II dimana terdiri dari model rancangan eksperimen untuk menguji, populasi dan sampel, teknik pengumpulan data, instrumen penelitian dan teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan berupa produk entremet cake yang diolah dari buah terong belanda.

The purpose of this results seminar was to present the results of research with the title “Entremet from Processed Tamarillo Fruit”. The purpose of the research was to find out variations of tamarillo products, develop variations of processed tamarillo other than juice and develop pastry products. The research method starts from research steps consisting of potential and problems, collecting data, product design, product design validation, design revision, preliminary product testing, design revision and dissemination. Then proceed with phase I research methods consisting of population and sample data sources, data collection techniques, research instruments, data analysis techniques, and design validation. Then the last is the phase II research method which consists of an experimental design model to test, population and sample, data collection techniques, research instruments and data analysis techniques. The results of the research produced in the form of entremet cake products processed from tamarillo fruit.
