Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelayakan dari pendirian Guilela Dessert Café secara menyeluruh. Dengan menggunakan metodologi studi kelayakan bisnis deskriptif, penelitian ini mengkaji permintaan pasar, persaingan, aspek operasional, organisasi dan sumber daya manusia, serta proyeksi keuangan. Hasil penilaian investasi menunjukkan hasil yang positif, menandakan kelayakan finansial bisnis ini. Keunggulan Guilela Dessert Café yang berlokasi di Senopati, Jakarta Selatan terletak pada spesialisasi penyediaan hidangan penutup dan minuman bebas gula serta rendah gula dengan suasana café yang nyaman dan menyenangkan, sehingga membedakannya dari tawaran hidangan penutup dan café yang telah ada. Proposisi penjualan unik ini menargetkan segmen pasar spesifik yang mencari alternatif hidangan penutup yang lebih sehat tanpa mengurangi cita rasa maupun pengalaman bersantap. Pendekatan ini sejalan dengan tren global yang semakin mengedepankan gaya hidup sehat dan kesadaran akan pentingnya konsumsi makanan rendah gula, yang berdampak pada peningkatan permintaan untuk produk kuliner sehat. Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan adanya pasar yang prospektif bagi Guilela, dengan potensi keberhasilan yang kuat berdasarkan proyeksi keuangan yang menguntungkan dan penempatan posisi pasar yang berbeda. / This study aims to assess the feasibility of establishing Guilela Dessert Café in a comprehensive manner. Using a descriptive business feasibility study methodology, this research examines market demand, competition, operational aspects, organization and human resources, as well as financial projections. The investment evaluation results show positive outcomes, indicating the financial feasibility of the business. Guilela Dessert Café, located in Senopati, South Jakarta, stands out with its specialization in providing sugar-free and low-sugar desserts and beverages, along with a comfortable and pleasant café ambiance, distinguishing it from existing dessert and café offerings. This unique selling proposition targets a specific market segment seeking healthier dessert alternatives without compromising on taste or dining experience. This approach aligns with the global trend of promoting healthy lifestyles and awareness of the importance of low-sugar food consumption, which has led to an increased demand for healthy culinary products. The findings of this study indicate a promising market for Guilela, with strong success potential based on favourable financial projections and a distinct market positioning.
