Abstract
Studi Kelayakan Bisnis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis semua aspek yang memberikan kontribusi kepada sebuah bisnis Pawon Jowo yang menyajikan masakan khas pulau Jawa yang memiliki sejarah dan budaya yang sangat kaya dan beragam yang senada dengan kemewahan dan elegan yang ditunjukkan dalam sebuah restoran serta pelayanan yang mengutamakan kepuasan dan kenyamanan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung studi kelayakan bisnis sebagai tugas akhir adalah pengumpulan data primer dan juga data sekunder. Data primer yang diperoleh berasal dari pembagian kuesioner berupa Google Form dengan jumlah 111 responden yang disebarkan di sekitar DKI Jakarta dan Tangerang. Selain itu, terdapat juga metode observasi dengan langsung datang ke pesaing-pesaing restoran masakan Nusantara. Berbeda dengan data primer, data sekunder diperoleh melalui penelitian terhadap jurnal, berita, buku dan data-data dari sumber yang terpercaya seperti Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Lokasi dari bisnis Pawon Jowo berada di tengah pusat perkantoran yang terletak di daerah Jakarta Selatan yaitu Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) tepatnya di gedung The Energy Building. Pemasaran yang digunakan dalam bisnis tentunya disesuaikan dengan permintaan dan penawaran yang ada pada dunia pasar dan juga diperkuat serta didukung oleh susunan organisasi dan sumber daya manusia yang akan dipekerjakan untuk mencapai tujuan seperti visi dan misi serta nilai-nilai perusahaan yang ada dalam bisnis Pawon Jowo. Dalam aspek keuangan, bisnis Pawon Jowo dianggap layak dengan alasan seperti hasil Internal Rate of Return sebesar 124% dimana melebihi Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), nilai Profitability Indeks (PI) sebesar 8,13 dan Net Profit Value (NPV) mencapai Rp. 21.509.986.436,97 dan akan mencapai Payback Period pada tahun pertama. Pawon Jowo merupakan restoran yang menyajikan khusus makanan khas pulau Jawa yang beragam dengan pelayanan yang mengutamakan kepuasan dan kenyamanan pelanggan yang pertama di kawasan SCBD.

This Business Feasibility Study aims to analyze all aspects contributing to the establishment of Pawon Jowo, a restaurant serbing traditional Javanese Cuisine that embodies the rich and diverse history and culture of the island. The concept aligns with the luxury and elegance showcased in a high-end restaurant, combined with a service approach that prioritizes customer satisfaction and comfort. The methods used to support this feasibility study as a final project include the collection of both primary and secondary data. The primary data wre obtained through a qustionnare distributed via Google Forms to 111 respondents in the DKI Jakarta and Tangerang areas. Additionally, observational methods were employed by visiting competitors of Indonesian cuisine restaurants directly. In contrast, secondary data were gathered through research on journals, new articles, books, and credible sources such as the Centrak Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The location of Pawon Jowo is strategically situated in the heart of a business district, within Jakarta Selatan’s Sudirman Central Business Districr (SCBD), specifically at The Energy Building. Marketing strategies for the business are tailored to meet market demand and supply trends, strengthened by a well-organized organizational structure and human resources to achieve the business’ visoion, mission, and values. From a finansial perspective, Pawon Jowo is deemed feasible, as evidenced by an Interanal Rate of Return (IRR) of 124 %, which exceeds the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF). The Profitability Indeks (PI) is calculated at 8,13 , and the Net Preent Value (NPV) amounts to IDR 21.509.986.436,97, WITH A Payback Period estimated in the first year. Pawon Jowo stands as the first restaurant in the SCBD area to specialize exclusively in a diverse range of Javanese cuisine, offering top-notch service that emphasizes customer satisfaction and comfort.
