Abstract

Studi kelayakan bisnis Padee House bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan inovasi kuliner Indonesia melalui konsep dessert berbentuk masakan khas Padang di Pekanbaru. Bisnis ini menargetkan pasar usia 15–49 tahun, dengan fokus pada pelajar, mahasiswa, dan pekerja kantoran. Meskipun memiliki kekuatan dalam konsep unik dan pasar yang potensial, Padee House menghadapi tantangan dalam hal modal awal yang besar dan lokasi yang kurang strategis. Dari segi operasional, sistem yang terstruktur dan fokus pada kepuasan pelanggan diutamakan, dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang terlatih dan struktur organisasi yang jelas. Analisis keuangan menunjukkan proyeksi kerugian pada tahun pertama, namun titik impas diperkirakan tercapai pada tahun kedua. Padee House memiliki potensi untuk berkembang menjadi bisnis yang berkelanjutan dengan pengelolaan yang baik dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. / The business feasibility study of Padee House aims to introduce an innovation in Indonesian cuisine through a dessert concept shaped like Padang traditional dishes in Pekanbaru. The business targets the 15–49 age group, focusing on students, university students, and office workers. Although it has strengths in its unique concept and market potential, Padee House faces challenges such as high initial capital and a less strategic location. In terms of operations, a structured system and customer satisfaction are prioritized, utilizing trained human resources and a clear organizational structure. Financial analysis shows projected losses in the first year, but the break-even point is expected to be reached in the second year. Overall, Padee House has the potential to develop into a sustainable business with proper management and an effective marketing strategy.
