Abstract
Dengan meningkatnya daya beli konsumen terhadap makanan dan minuman di restoran, tren yang selalu diperbaharui dan munculnya banyak restoran baru membuat peluang bisnis restoran semakin besar, dengan cita rasa yang beragam dari manca negara. Salah satu faktornya yaitu Korean Wave, yaitu penyebaran dan popularitas budaya Korea Selatan secara global termasuk K-Food. Indonesia menjadi target pasar yang tepat dengan penduduk terbanyak di Asia Tenggara. Penyebaran makanan Korea lewat Gastrodiplomasi berhasil mendapatkan kesan baik dari masyarakat. Restoran Korea menjadi pilihan makanan orang Indonesia karena cita rasa masakan Asia yang menggugah selera. Call Me Pocha hadir dengan konsep pengalaman makan khas Korea dalam suasana tenda ala Pojangmacha yang berlokasi di pusat kota Jakarta. Restoran ini menawarkan menu makanan khas Korea yang menjadi ikon Korea Selatan, sekaligus menyajikan All-Day Service yang jarang ditemukan di Pocha lainnya. Proyek akhir ini merupakan Studi Kelayakan Bisnis dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan diantaranya data primer dari kuesioner, observasi serta wawancara, dan data sekunder berasal dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan publikasi internet. Dalam penelitian ini, survey dilakukan kepada 400 responden. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu Aspek Pemasaran, Aspek Operasional, Aspek Organisasi, dan Aspek Keuangan. Dalam menyusun Studi Kelayakan Bisnis ini, penulis menganalisis aspek keuangan diantaranya Initial Investment sebesar Rp 1.565.513.155, NPV sebesar Rp 326.545.608, dengan Payback Period 4 tahun 7 bulan, Profitability Index sebesar 1,21, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 23.5%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bisnis ini layak dijalankan.

The rising of customer purchasing power in the food and beverage sector, coupled with dynamic trends and the proliferation of new restaurants offering diverse international flavors, the restaurant business is experiencing significant growth opportunities. One driving factor is the Korean wave (Hallyu), characterized by the global popularity of south Korean Culture, including K-Food. Indonesia, as the most populous country in Southeast Asia, presents a promising target market. Korean cuisine, promotes thorugh gastrodiplomacy, has successfully captivated the Indonesian public, making Korean restaurants a preferred dining choice due to their appealing Asian flavors. “Call Me Pocha” introduces a unique Korean dining experience in a Pojangmacha-style tent setting in Central Jakarta. This restaurant offers iconic Korean dishes alongside an all-day service concept, which is rarely available in other Pocha in Jakarta. This study serves as a Business Feasibility Analysis, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Data sources include primary data from questionnaires, observations and interviews, as well as secondary data from scientific journals, books, and online publications. A survey of 400 respondents provided insights into various aspects of the business. Thie analysis encompasses marketing, operational, organizational, and financial aspects. Financial analysis revealed the Initial Investment is Rp 1.565.513.155, a Payback Period of 4 years and 7 months, a Profitability Index of 1,21, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 23.5%. These results indicate that the business is financially viable and has significant potential for success.
