Abstract

This final project presents a business feasibility study for the proposed Mizuen Japanese Fusion Restaurant in Bedugul, Bali. The restaurant concept is designed to cater to the increasing number of tourists visiting the region, offering a unique fusion of Japanese cuisine with local ingredients in a serene lakeside setting. The study examines the market, operational, organizational, and financial aspects of the business. The demand analysis indicates a strong potential market, with a target audience comprising both local residents and international tourists. The operational aspect focuses on ensuring exceptional service through efficient employee roles and a customer-centric experience. The organizational structure is designed to foster high-quality service and collaboration, while the financial analysis reveals promising projections, including a positive Net Present Value (NPV) and a positive Profitability Index (PI). The restaurant’s profitability is further supported by a stable gross profit margin and strong returns on assets and equity. The study concludes that Mizuen Japanese Fusion Restaurant presents a viable business opportunity with significant market potential, efficient operations, and promising financial returns. / Proyek akhir ini membahas studi kelayakan bisnis untuk Mizuen Japanese Fusion Restaurant yang direncanakan di Bedugul, Bali. Konsep restoran ini dirancang untuk melayani peningkatan jumlah wisatawan dengan menawarkan perpaduan unik masakan Jepang dan bahan lokal dalam suasana tepi danau yang tenang. Studi ini mencakup analisis pasar, operasional, organisasi, dan keuangan. Analisis permintaan menunjukkan potensi pasar yang kuat dengan target audiens dari penduduk lokal dan wisatawan internasional. Aspek operasional menekankan layanan prima melalui efisiensi peran karyawan dan pengalaman pelanggan yang berfokus pada kepuasan. Struktur organisasi dirancang untuk mendukung layanan berkualitas tinggi dan kolaborasi, sementara analisis keuangan menunjukkan proyeksi yang menjanjikan, termasuk Net Present Value (NPV) dan Profitability Index (PI) yang positif. Keuntungan restoran ini juga didukung oleh margin laba kotor yang stabil serta pengembalian aset dan ekuitas yang kuat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa Mizuen Japanese Fusion Restaurant merupakan peluang bisnis yang layak dengan potensi pasar yang besar, operasional yang efisien, dan prospek keuangan yang menjanjikan.
