Abstract

This final project presents a business feasibility study for the proposed Rasa Carousel Café, a pastry café located in Ruko Goldfinch, Gading Serpong, Tangerang City. The café offers Indonesian fusion pastries served through a conveyor belt system, offering an engaging and modern dining experience. This study evaluates the market potential, operational plan, organisational structure and financial feasibility of the business, with the research methodology of using both primary and secondary data, through observation, surveys, and research. The market analysis highlights strong potential among young adults or professionals who are drawn to the café’s concept. The operational plan focuses on efficient processes, pastry production, and exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience. The organisational structure is designed to increase production and collaboration, which ensures a smooth daily management. The financial analysis indicates promising prospects for profitability, which is supported by the projections and a carefully developed pricing strategy. / Proyek akhir ini adalah studi kelayakan bisnis untuk Rasa Carousel Café, sebuah kafe pastry yang berlokasi di Ruko Goldfinch, Gading Serpong, Kota Tangerang. Kafe ini menawarkan fusion pastry Indonesia yang disajikan secara unik melalui sistem konveyor, memberikan pengalaman bersantap yang menarik dan modern. Studi ini mengevaluasi potensi pasar, rencana operasional, struktur organisasi, dan kelayakan finansial bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, termasuk observasi, survei, dan tinjauan literatur. Analisis pasar menunjukkan potensi yang kuat di kalangan dewasa muda dan profesional yang tertarik dengan konsep inovatif kafe ini. Rencana operasional difokuskan pada proses yang efisien, produksi pastry berkualitas tinggi, dan layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa untuk menciptakan pengalaman yang berkesan. Struktur organisasi dirancang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kolaborasi, memastikan kelancaran operasional harian. Analisis finansial menunjukkan prospek yang menjanjikan untuk mencapai keuntungan, didukung oleh proyeksi yang rinci dan strategi penetapan harga yang terencana dengan baik.
