Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi bisnis Bloom Café, sebuah dessert kafe dengan konsep afternoon tea yang direncanakan beroperasi di Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tren masyarakat yang semakin mengutamakan kualitas pengalaman kuliner, termasuk makanan berkualitas, suasana yang nyaman, dan fasilitas yang modern. Dengan pertumbuhan signifikan industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia, Bloom Café berfokus pada keunggulan produk artisan, suasana elegan, serta pelayanan yang profesional untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen di area strategis tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Survei dilakukan terhadap 100 responden yang mewakili target pasar utama, sementara analisis sekunder didasarkan pada data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan laporan pasar terkait. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk memahami preferensi konsumen terhadap elemen-elemen kunci seperti kualitas makanan, suasana, fasilitas, dan inovasi teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PIK memiliki potensi pasar yang tinggi sebagai lokasi strategis untuk kafe dengan konsep modern dan santai seperti Bloom Café. Temuan utama meliputi pentingnya kualitas makanan dan minuman, seperti teh artisan dan kudapan premium, serta suasana yang estetis dan nyaman. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi modern, termasuk sistem reservasi online, WiFi berkecepatan tinggi, perangkat pembayaran digital, dan penggunaan sistem Point of Sale (POS), mendukung kelancaran operasional serta meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Dukungan fasilitas lain seperti area parkir, ruang yang nyaman untuk bersosialisasi, dan dekorasi interior yang menarik semakin memperkuat daya tarik kafe ini.N Kesimpulannya, Bloom Café memiliki peluang besar untuk berkembang dengan konsep yang inovatif dan strategi yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan komprehensif bagi pemilik bisnis dalam mengembangkan operasional, pemasaran, dan pengalaman pelanggan, sekaligus memastikan keberlanjutan usaha melalui perencanaan yang matang dan lokasi yang optimal. / This study aims to analyze the business potential of Bloom Café, a café with an afternoon tea concept planned to operate in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta. This research is driven by the growing trend among consumers prioritizing high-quality culinary experiences, including premium food, a comfortable ambiance, and modern facilities. With the significant growth of Indonesia's food and beverage industry, Bloom Café focuses on its artisan products, elegant atmosphere, and professional service to meet the demands of its target market in this strategic location. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods. A survey was conducted involving 100 respondents representing the café’s primary target market, while secondary analysis was derived from data provided by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and related market studies. The data were analyzed to understand consumer preferences for key elements such as food quality, ambiance, facilities, and technological innovations. The findings indicate that PIK has high market potential as a strategic location for a café with a modern yet relaxed concept like Bloom Café. Key insights include the importance of high-quality food and beverages, such as artisan teas and premium pastries, as well as an aesthetic and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the adoption of modern technology, including online reservation systems, high-speed WiFi, digital payment devices, and Point of Sale (POS) systems, supports operational efficiency while enhancing customer experience. Complementary facilities such as parking areas, comfortable spaces for socializing, and appealing interior decorations further reinforce the café's appeal. In conclusion, Bloom Café has a promising opportunity to thrive with its innovative concept and integrated strategy. This study provides comprehensive guidance for business owners to develop operations, marketing, and customer experiences while ensuring sustainable business growth through meticulous planning and an optimal location.
