Abstract
Studi kelayakan bisnis dibuat bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan pendirian Bakery Café DreamDough. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis berbagai aspek, meliputi pemasaran, operasional, organisasi dan sumber daya manusia, serta keuangan, untuk mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis, strategi yang diperlukan, dan memprediksi keberhasilan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, survei, wawancara, dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara sistematis untuk memahami kelayakan usaha dari berbagai aspek, termasuk analisis pemasaran, operasional, sumber daya manusia, dan analisis keuangan yang meliputi estimasi biaya, Tugassi pendapatan, serta analisis break even point. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DreamDough memiliki peluang yang menjanjikan dalam menciptakan pengalaman unik bagi pelanggan melalui berbagai produk inovatif seperti roti sourdough, pilihan kue, dan aktivitas interaktif DIY (Do It Yourself). Dengan mengusung desain modern dan suasana yang ramah, DreamDough berpotensi menarik minat pelanggan dari berbagai segmen pasar. Kebaruan dari studi ini terletak pada kombinasi konsep Bakery Café dengan aktivitas interaktif seperti DIY, serta pendekatan yang menggabungkan konsep pariwisata dan hiburan sebagai bagian dari model bisnis yang diusulkan.

This business feasibility study aims to evaluate the viability of establishing Bakery Café DreamDough. The research focuses on analyzing various aspects, including marketing, operations, organization and human resources, and finance, to identify business opportunities, the necessary strategies, and to forecast the potential success of the venture. The research employs a descriptive approach with data collection methods such as questionnaires, surveys, interviews, and observations. The collected data were systematically analyzed to assess the feasibility of the business from multiple perspectives, including marketing analysis, operational analysis, human resources, and financial analysis, which covers cost estimation, revenue projections, and break-even point analysis. The study's findings indicate that DreamDough has promising potential to offer unique customer experiences through innovative products such as sourdough bread, specialty cakes, and interactive DIY (Do It Yourself) activities. With its modern design and welcoming atmosphere, DreamDough has the ability to attract customers from various market segments. The novelty of this study lies in combining the Bakery Café concept with interactive activities such as DIY while integrating the concepts of tourism and entertainment into its business model.
