Studi Kelayakan Bisnis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek-aspek yang berkontribusi terhadap keberlanjutan Rest-Up Capsule Hostel modern berlokasi di kawasan Rest Area Km 57 A Tol Jakarta-Cikampek. Metode yang digunakan di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yang digunakan adalah dengan survei melalui kuesioner dari Google Form kepada 235 responden di Rest Area Km 57 A Tol Jakarta-Cikampek dan dengan melakukan observasi lapang ke Wishtler Inn, Rest Area Km 57 A. Data sekunder yang digunakan adalah melalui jurnal, berita, buku, dan data yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan E-PPID Jasa Marga. Dari aspek keuangan, Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Rest-Up Capsule Hostel dianggap layak dengan hasil Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 25,65% dimana nilainya lebih besar dibandingkan dengan Discounted Cash Flow. Nilai Profitability Index (PI) mencapai 26,57, dan Net Profit Value (NPV) sebesar Rp15.330.484.814, dan mengalami Payback Period pada tahun ke 5, bulan ke 11, dan hari ke 28. Rest-Up Capsule Hostel ini merupakan Capsule Hostel pertama yang berada di sebelah rest area dengan konsep modern berbasis layanan mandiri dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau untuk para pengendara jalan tol. / This Business Feasibility Study aims to analyze aspects that contribute to the sustainability of the modern Rest-Up Capsule Hostel located next to Rest Area Km 57A on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road. The research employs both primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data was obtained through a survey using Google Forms involving 235 respondents at Rest Area Km 57 A and field observations conducted at Whistler Inn, Rest Area Km 57 A. Secondary data was gathered from journals, news articles, books, and information published by the Central Badan Pusat Statistic (BPS) and Jasa Marga's E-PPID. From a financial perspective, the Business Feasibility Study of Rest-Up Capsule Hostel is considered viable. The results show an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 25,65%, which is higher than the Discounted Cash Flow. The Profitability Index (PI) is 26,57, the Net Present Value (NPV) amounts to IDR 15,330,484,814, and the Payback Period is achieved in the 5th year, 11th month, and 28th day. This Rest-Up Capsule Hostel is the first capsule hostel located next to a rest area, offering a modern self-service concept at a more affordable price for toll road travelers.
