Abstract

Ojek online tidak hanya terkenal dengan pekerjaanya, namun juga komunitas yang terbentuk. Komunitas ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap sesama driver ojek online dan terhadap masyarakat Indonesia. Namun, komunitas ini juga memberikan dampak negatif terhadap perusahaan ojek online. Hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya ketidakpuasan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, studi ini ditujukan untuk melihat apakah dengan adanya kekompakan dan perilaku tolong menolong dapat membuat driver ojek online semakin komitmen kepada perusahaan mereka. Partisipan yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah 103 driver ojek online yang mengikuti komunitas. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan menggunakan alat ukur Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ), Organizational Citizenship Behavior Checklist (OCB-C), dan Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). Hasil hipotesis pertama menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara group cohesiveness dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap organizational commitment (R2 = .387, β1 = .520, β2 = .309, p < .05). Hipotesis kedua menyatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara group cohesiveness terhadap organizational commitment (R2 = .292, β = .540, p < .05). Hipotesis ketiga menyatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara organizational citizenship behavior terhadap organizational commitment (R2 = .118, β = .343, p < .05). Penemuan lain yang berkaitan dengan kedua variabel juga didiskusikan dalam studi ini. / Ojek online not only famous for its service but also its community. These communities have a positive impact on ojek online driver and Indonesian people. Unfortunately, these communities also have a negative impact on ojek online company. It is caused by job dissatisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect between group cohesiveness and organizational citizenship behavior toward organizational commitment. A total of 103 ojek online driver that joined a community are participated in this study. This quantitative study used Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ), Organizational Citizenship Behavior Checklist (OCB-C), and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). The first hypothesis show that there is significant effect between group cohesiveness and organizational citizenship behavior toward organizational commitment (R2 = .387, β1 = .520, β2 = .309, p < .05). The second hypothesis show that there is significant effect between group cohesiveness toward organizational commitment (R2 = .292, β = .540, p < .05). The third hypothesis show that there is significant effect between organizational citizenship behavior toward organizational commitment (R2 = .118, β = .343, p < .05). Other findings are also discussed in this study.
