Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan bisnis dalam pendirian café makanan penutup berbasis vegan di Kawasan Pantai Indah Kapuk, yang menggabungkan konsep café dengan penawaran berbagai pilihan makanan penutup vegan yang lezat dan ramah lingkungan. Café ini dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang mendukung gaya hidup vegan, serta kebutuhan akan makanan manis yang dapat dinikmati tanpa mengorbankan nilai-nilai etika dan lingkungan. Terutama bagi yang mencari alternatif dessert yang bebas produk hewani namun tetap enak dan menggugah selera. Penelitian ini mencakup berbagai aspek, antara lain analisis pasar untuk mengidentifikasi permintaan dan preferensi konsumen terhadap makanan penutup vegan, kajian terhadap lokasi strategis di Kawasan Pantai Indah Kapuk yang merupakan area yang sedang berkembang dan memiliki daya tarik tinggi, serta evaluasi terhadap aspek finansial yang diperlukan untuk menjaga kelangsungan dan keuntungan bisnis dalam jangka panjang. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi kuantitatif dan analisis data sekunder. Ini melibatkan survei kepada target pasar untuk mengumpulkan data tentang preferensi dan kebiasaan konsumen, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai prospek bisnis, serta analisis data sekunder yang mencakup tren industri café dan perkembangan makanan vegan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat potensi pasar yang cukup besar, dengan semakin tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap pilihan makanan yang ramah lingkungan. Lokasi di Kawasan Pantai Indah Kapuk juga terbukti memiliki aksesibilitas yang baik serta daya tarik yang tinggi bagi target pasar yang relevan. Proyeksi finansial yang dihitung juga menunjukkan bahwa bisnis ini memiliki potensi keuntungan yang menjanjikan, dengan risiko yang dapat dikelola melalui strategi perencanaan yang matang dan pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan pasar. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendirian café makanan penutup berbasis vegan di Kawasan Pantai Indah Kapuk adalah peluang bisnis yang menguntungkan, dengan peluang pertumbuhan yang signifikan di masa depan.

This study aims to evaluate the business feasibility of establishing a vegan-based dessert café in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area, which combines a café concept with a variety of delicious and environmentally-friendly vegan dessert offerings. The café is designed to cater to consumers who support a vegan lifestyle, as well as the demand for sweet treats that can be enjoyed without compromising ethical and environmental values. It specifically targets those seeking dessert alternatives free from animal products, while still being tasty and indulgent. The research covers several aspects, including market analysis to identify consumer demand and preferences for vegan desserts, an examination of the strategic location in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area, which is an emerging and highly attractive district, and an evaluation of the financial aspects required to sustain and ensure long-term profitability. The methodology employed in this study is quantitative, complemented by secondary data analysis. This includes conducting surveys with the target market to gather data on consumer preferences and habits, as well as analyzing secondary data regarding café industry trends and the growth of vegan food options. The research findings indicate a significant market potential, driven by the increasing public interest in environmentally-friendly food choices. The location in Pantai Indah Kapuk has proven to offer good accessibility and high appeal to the relevant target market. The financial projections also suggest that the business holds promising profit potential, with risks that can be managed through well-thought-out planning and a deep understanding of market needs. Overall, this study concludes that establishing a vegan-based dessert café in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area represents a lucrative business opportunity, with significant growth potential in the future.
