Universitas Pelita Harapan adalah perguruan tinggi swasta yang berlokasi di Lippo Village, Tangerang dengan berbagai fasilitas yang disediakan untuk para mahasiswa sebagai penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Salah satu fasilitas tersebut adalah lapangan parkir. Pada Juni 2019, mahasiswa UPH melalui Instagram Himpunan Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum menyampaikan aspirasi mengenai mahalnya tarif parkir yang berlaku di UPH. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa untuk parkir di UPH dan besar WTP mahasiswa beserta hubungannya dengan keputusan mahasiswa untuk kembali menggunakan fasilitas parkir UPH serta berapa besar nilai WTP mahasiswa UPH. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman dan pendekatan Stochastic Payment Card untuk mencari nilai WTP. Dari 13 faktor yang diteliti, faktor yang cenderung memengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa untuk parkir di UPH adalah jarak tempat parkir, kemudahan menemukan tempat parkir kosong, kemudahan dan kenyamanan parkir, keberadaan peneduh, tarif parkir, keamanan lapangan parkir, serta kemudahan masuk dan keluar dari fasilitas parkir. Dari 12 faktor yang diteliti, faktor yang cenderung memengaruhi besar tarif yang rela dibayar adalah kemudahan menemukan tempat parkir kosong, kemudahan dan kenyamanan parkir, durasi penggunaan tempat parkir, serta keamanan lapangan parkir. Dari seluruh faktor yang diteliti, tidak ada yang memiliki korelasi kuat ataupun pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa untuk kembali menggunakan fasilitas parkir UPH. Besar nilai WTP untuk area non VIP adalah Rp 3.125,- per jam pertama, Rp 2.432,- per jam berikutnya, dan Rp 8.987,- untuk tarif flat. Besar nilai WTP untuk tarif parkir area VIP adalah Rp 5.955,- per jam pertama dan Rp 14.301,- untuk tarif flat. / Pelita Harapan University is a private university located in Lippo Village, Tangerang with various facilities provided for students to support learning activities. Of the 13 factors studied, factors that tend to influence students' decision to park at UPH are the distance of the parking lot, the ease of finding an empty parking space, the ease and convenience of parking, the presence of shade, parking rates, parking lot security, as well as the ease of entry and exit from parking facilities. Of the 12 factors studied, factors that tend to influence the amount that is willing to be paid are the ease of finding an empty parking space, the ease and convenience of parking, the duration of parking space use, and the parking lot security. Of all the factors studied, none had a strong correlation or significant influence on the student's decision to return to using UPH parking facilities. The WTP value for non-VIP area is Rp 3,125 per first hour, Rp 2,432 per subsequent hour, and Rp 8,987 for flat rate. The WTP value for VIP area parking rates is IDR 5,955 per first hour and IDR 14,301 for flat rates.
