This research aims to analyze the implementation of voluntary non-execution auctions as an alternative to unused asset management. Voluntary non-execution auctions provide an opportunity for asset owners to sell goods or property without coercion from third parties, such as banks or financial institutions, as occurs in execution auctions. This research examines the auction implementation procedures, benefits, obstacles faced, and solutions to overcome them. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and direct observation at the Tribik Auction Private Auction Center, Jakarta. The results showed that this auction provides advantages for asset owners in adjusting the selling price, while offering buyers of goods at a more competitive price than other methods. The regulation of the minister of finance Number 122 of 2023 concerning the implementation of auctions that will be applied to one of the private auction houses tribik auction jakarta regarding implementation in the implementation procedures of the auction house which is still with weak legal regulations so that the author examines based on the regulation of the minister of finance Number 122 of 2023 that the private auction house Tribik Auction is in accordance with the regulation of the minister of finance Number 122 of 2023. However, there is a need for socialization and education regarding voluntary non-execution auctions, to increase public participation in these activities in order to maximize potential.
