Abstract

Dengan semakin berkembangnya pengguna Internet di Indonesia berbagai industri di Indonesia juga turut berubah. Salah satu perusahaan dalam penawaran jasa pernikahan yang hadir dengan adanya perkembangan Internet adalah Bride Story. Bride Story merupakan perusahaan yang berdiri pada tahun 2013 merupakan sebuah online wedding marketplace atau perusahaan yang menyediakan vendor – vendor pernikahan dengan lebih dari 20 ribu vendor. Vendor – vendor yang disediakan mulai dari catering, make-up artist, fotografer, dan seluruh kebutuhan pernikahan. Bride Story menggunakan Internet sebagai media untuk menjalankan bisnisnya, membuat aplikasi, hingga menjalankan berbagai kegiatan kampanye komunikasi dengan skala besar. Dalam membangun branding Bride Story menggunakan Instagram dengan dua jenis konten yang diunggah, yaitu regular post dan juga special campaign post, Bride Story menggunakan Instagram sebagai media untuk membangun branding perusahaan di mana Bride Story ingin membangun image bahwa Bride Story adalah brand yang aktif di media sosial melalui regular post dan juga brand yang selalu memiliki cara untuk mewujudkan pernikahan impian semua orang melalui special campaign post. / In the 2019 many industries in Indonesia has significantly changed due to the development of internet users in Indonesia. Bride Story is established in 2013 that provides marriage party needs vendor with more than 20 thousand vendor. Vendors provided starting from catering, makeup artist, photographer, and all the needs of the marriage. Bride Story use the internet as a medium to run business, make application, to run various activities campaign communication with a large scale. In branding process Bride Story use Instagram with two types of content uploaded, namely regular post and also special campaign post. Bride story use Instagram as a medium to build company branding of which Bride Story want to build brand image that Bride Story is active in social media through regular post and also brand who always has a way to embody dream wedding through special campaign post.
