Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh team vision terhadap disengagement emosional dan fisik wirausahawan UMKM, serta peran moderasi dari dukungan jejaring sosial dan dukungan emosional keluarga. Mengacu pada Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) Theory, disengagement terjadi saat tuntutan bisnis tidak diimbangi oleh sumber daya psikologis dan sosial yang memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei berbasis kuesioner Likert 1–5, dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa H1 team vision memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap emotional disengagement, H2 memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap physical disengagement, H3 emotional disengagement memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh antara team vision terhadap physical disengagement, H4 family emotional support memoderasi secara signifikan antara team vision terhadap emotional disengagement, H5 social network emotional support memoderasi secara signifikan antara team vision terhadap emotional disengagement, H6 family emotional support memoderasi secara signifikan antara emotional disengagement terhadap physical disengagement, H7 social network emotional support memoderasi secara signifikan antara emotional disengagement terhadap physical disengagement. / This study aims to examine the effect of team vision on emotional and physical disengagement of MSME entrepreneurs, as well as the moderating role of social network support and family emotional support. Referring to Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) Theory, disengagement occurs when business demands are not balanced by adequate psychological and social resources. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method based on a Likert 1–5 questionnaire and is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). The results show that H1 team vision has a negative influence on emotional disengagement, H2 has a positive influence on physical disengagement, H3 emotional disengagement significantly mediates the influence between team vision and physical disengagement, H4 family emotional support significantly moderates the influence between team vision and emotional disengagement, H5 social network emotional support significantly moderates the influence between team vision and emotional disengagement, H6 family emotional support significantly moderates the influence between emotional disengagement and physical disengagement, H7 social network emotional support significantly moderates the influence between emotional disengagement and physical disengagement.
