Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujun untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital platform, customer knowledge, dan
digital innovation terhadap online entrepreneurship pada pelaku usaha generasi Z yang ada di
Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan
kuesioner yang melibatkan pelaku usaha generasi Z yang ada di Jabodetabek. Data dikumpulkan
melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi untuk
menguji hubungan antara variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif
dan signifikan dari variabel customer knowledge tehadap online entrepreneurship dan dari digital
platform terhadap online entrepreneurship. Demikian pula pengaruh digital platform terhadap
online entrepreneurship yang dimediasi oleh digital innovation. Namun pengaruh customer
knowledge terhadap online entrepreneurship yang dimediasi oleh digital innovation didapat
hasilnya tidak didukung. Penelitian ini penting untuk mengenal pengaruh komunikasi dan interaksi
dengan konsumen untuk lebih mengenal kebutuhan atau apa yang diinginkan konsumen baik dari
sisi produk maupun fitur-fitur pendukung melalui saluran digital.

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital platforms, customer knowledge, and digital innovation on online entrepreneurship of generation Z entrepreneurs in Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires involving generation Z entrepreneurs in Jabodetabek. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online and analyzed using the regression method to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of the customer knowledge variable on online entrepreneurship and from the digital platform on online entrepreneurship. Likewise, the influence of the digital platform on online entrepreneurship mediated by digital innovation. However, the influence of customer knowledge on online entrepreneurship mediated by digital innovation was not supported. This study is important to understand the influence of communication and interaction with consumers to better understand the needs or what consumers want, both in terms of products and supporting features through digital channels.
