Jumlah wirausahawan perempuan di Indonesia jauh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan jumlah wirausahawan laki-laki, namun disisi lain mayoritas wirausahawan perempuan terbatas pada UMKM saja, karena adanya persepsi bahwa wirausahawan laki-laki lebih mampu untuk mencapai kesuksesan dalam berwirausaha dibandingkan perempuan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dipandang dapat meningkatkan atau mempengaruhi entrepreneurial success pada wirausahawan perempuan. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 500 responden, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah PLSSEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personality traits memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap motivation and commitment. Kemudian ditemukan juga bahwa personality traits, motivation and commitment, availability of financial resources dan government support memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap entrepreneurial success. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis penelitian berhasil diterima dan dibuktikan. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi baik secara akademik maupun secara praktikal. / The number of female entrepreneurs in Indonesia is much larger than the number of male entrepreneurs, but on the other hand, the majority of female entrepreneurs are limited to MSMEs only, because of the perception that male entrepreneurs are more capable of achieving success in entrepreneurship than women. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine what factors are considered to be able to increase or influence entrepreneurial success in female entrepreneurs. This study is included in the type of quantitative research, with the number of samples obtained being 500 respondents, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was PLS-SEM. The results of the study showed that personality traits have a significant and positive influence on motivation and commitment. Then it was also found that personality traits, motivation and commitment, availability of financial resources and government support have a significant and positive influence on entrepreneurial success. Therefore, it can be concluded that all research hypotheses have been successfully accepted and proven. The results of this study are also expected to contribute both academically and practically.
