Abstract

Kewirausahaan telah diakui sebagai pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan peran orang tua menjadi faktor strategis dalam membentuk sikap kewirausahaan generasi muda, terutama dalam konteks meningkatnya kebutuhan akan inovasi dan adaptabilitas di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurial education dan Role of Parents terhadap entrepreneurial attitude dengan Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan paradigma positivisme, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa atau calon wirausahawan muda dari generasi milenial dan Z. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0 untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen serta hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi pendidikan dan kebijakan yang mendukung penguatan sikap kewirausahaan generasi muda melalui pendekatan terintegrasi antara pendidikan formal dan dukungan keluarga/Entrepreneurship has been recognized as a major driver of economic growth and improving community welfare. Entrepreneurial education and the role of parents are strategic factors in shaping the entrepreneurial attitudes of the younger generation, especially in the context of the increasing need for innovation and adaptability in the era of globalization. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial education and Role of Parents on entrepreneurial attitude with Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a positivism paradigm, and data were collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents who were students or prospective young entrepreneurs from the millennial and Z generations. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the validity and reliability of the instrument and the relationship between variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of educational strategies and policies that support the strengthening of entrepreneurial attitudes of the younger generation through an integrated approach between formal education and family support
