Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan yang komprehensif dalam upaya untuk memahami bagaimana persepsi pengguna E-Commerce terhadap pengaruh E- Service Quality, E-Trust, E-Satisfaction, dan E-Loyalty terhadap sebuah E-Commerce, khususnya Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana instrumen utama pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner online yang memuat 56 indikator.
Lokasi penelitian berada di Indonesia dengan target responden sebanyak 500 masyarakat Indonesia. Analisa terhadap outer model dan inner model menggunakan
SmartPLS 4. Model pengukuran dievalusi melalui pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, sementara model structural dievaluasi melalui nilai R-Square, nilai T-Statistik, serta P- Value. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima hubungan yang
signifikan positif pada masing-masing hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti dan kelima variabel – variabel utama ini masih sangat berpengaruh dalam pembelanjaan online / This study aims to provide a comprehensive explanation to understand how E-
Commerce users perceive the influence of E-Service Quality, E-Trust, E-Satisfaction, and E-Loyalty on an E-Commerce, especially Tokopedia. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the main instrument for data collection is an online questionnaire containing 56 indicators. The location of the study is in Indonesia with a target respondent of 500 Indonesian people. Analysis of the outer model and inner model using SmartPLS 4. The measurement model is evaluated through validity and reliability testing, while the structural model is evaluated through the R-Square value, T-Statistic
value, and P-Value. The results of this study indicate that there are five significant positive relationships in each relationship between the variables studied and these five
main variables are still very influential in online shopping
