Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality, food quality, dan price-value ratio terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (satisfaction) yang dimediasi oleh behavioral intentions, dengan satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di McDonald’s Rungkut, Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Responden dipilih menggunakan teknik snowball sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 194 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa service quality, food quality, dan price-value ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Selain itu, didapati juga bahwa behavioral intentions menjadi variable intervening. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, makanan, dan persepsi harga mampu mendorong kepuasan yang kemudian berujung pada niat konsumen untuk kembali membeli, merekomendasikan, dan setia terhadap merek. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi manajemen McDonald’s, khususnya cabang Rungkut, dalam meningkatkan strategi pelayanan dan pemasaran.
