Abstract

Meskipun modal sosial dan penciptaan pengetahuan kolaboratif dianggap sebagai faktor penting untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif, bukti nyata tentang bagaimana penciptaan pengetahuan kolaboratif mempengaruhi kelincahan organisasi masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara modal sosial dan penciptaan pengetahuan kolaboratif dalam mendorong inovasi dan kelincahan organisasi, sambil menguji apakah fleksibilitas strategis dapat menjadi faktor pendukung (moderator) dalam hubungan tersebut. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari xxx manager dan asisten manager UKM melalui kuesioner, lalu menganalisisnya menggunakan SmartPLS-SEM. Hasilnya penunjukan bahwa modal sosial memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap penciptaan pengetahuan kolaboratif, inovasi, dan kelincahan organisasi. Namun, penciptaan pengetahuan kolaboratif ternyata tidak berdampak langsung pada kelincahan organisasi. Selain itu, fleksibilitas strategis juga tidak terbukti sebagai faktor pendukung dalam hubungan antara inovasi dan kelincahan organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, memberikan rekomendasi kepada para manajer untuk lebih memperkuat kelincahan organisasi melalui pengelolaan modal sosial yang lebih baik./ Although social capital and collaborative knowledge creation are considered important factors for maintaining competitive advantage, concrete evidence on how collaborative knowledge creation affects organizational agility remains limited. This study aims to examine the relationship between social capital and collaborative knowledge creation in driving innovation and organizational agility while testing whether strategic flexibility can serve as supporting (moderating) factors in this relationship. Using a quantitative approach, the study collected data from xxx managers and assistant managers of SMEs through questionnaires and analyzed it using SmartPLS. The result showed that social capital significantly influences collaborative knowledge creation does not directly impact organizational agility. Additionally, strategic flexibility was not proven to be a supporting factors in the relationship between innovation and organizational agility. Based on the findings, the study recommends that managers focus on strengthening organizational agility through better management of social capital.
