Desain interior memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menciptakan ruang yang estetis, fungsional, dan nyaman. Salah satu faktor kunci yang memengaruhi hasil desain interior adalah sistem kerja sama dalam tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh sistem kerja sama tim terhadap hasil desain interior yang dihasilkan oleh HMP Architects. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada dua proyek yang dikerjakan oleh tim HMP Architects, yaitu desain interior untuk P Bank dan GRW Office. Dalam penelitian ini, diidentifikasi bagaimana proses kerja sama tim dalam koordinasi yang dilakukan, serta bagaimana komunikasi yang efektif antar anggota tim dan antara tim dengan klien berkontribusi pada kualitas desain yang dihasilkan. Hasil desain tersebut dilihat berdasarkan tiga hal yaitu memenuhi kebutuhan klien, memaksimalkan space, dan memperhatikan material. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran setiap anggota tim dalam proses desain, serta bagaimana pembagian tugas dan diskusi kelompok dapat memperkaya ide-ide desain dan menyelesaikan masalah secara efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan anggota tim dan principal, dan penulis sebagai salah satu tim desain pada HMP Architects yang dilakukan dengan jangka waktu 20 Mei 2024 – 20 Maret 2025 (10 bulan). / Interior design plays a vital role in creating spaces that are aesthetic, functional, and comfortable. One of the key factors influencing the outcome of interior design is the teamwork system within a design team. This study aims to examine how teamwork systems affect the interior design outcomes produced by HMP Architects. The research focuses on two interior design projects undertaken by the HMP Architects team, namely P Bank and GRW Office. This research discusses how the team's collaborative processes, coordination, and effective communication, both among team members and between the team and clients, to contribute to the quality of the resulting designs. The final designs are evaluated based on three aspects: how well they meet client needs, how efficiently space is utilized, and how appropriately materials are selected. The study also highlights the roles of individual team members, and how task distribution and group discussions enrich design ideas and help solve problems efficiently. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews with team members and the principal, as well as through the author's direct involvement as part of the design team at HMP Architects, within the period of 20 May 2024 - 20 March 2025 (10 months).
