Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh proses manajemen pengetahuan dan modal intelektual terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi pada kedai kopi di Banten. Industri kopi Indonesia yang kompetitif memerlukan strategi adaptif untuk mempertahankan daya saing. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 230 pemilik kedai kopi, penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dan bagaimana edukasi kepemimpinan memoderasi pengaruh proses manajemen pengetahuan serta modal intelektual terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen pengetahuan dan modal intelektual memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi. Selain itu, edukasi kepemimpinan tidak memperkuat pengaruh proses manajemen pengetahuan terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pelaku usaha kedai kopi untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui pengelolaan pengetahuan dan pemanfaatan modal intelektual yang optimal/This study examines the influence of knowledge management processes and intellectual capital on entrepreneurial orientation and innovation in coffee shops across Banten. In Indonesia's highly competitive coffee industry, adaptive strategies are essential to sustain competitiveness. Utilizing a quantitative approach through a survey of 230 coffee shop owners, the research investigates the relationships among these factors and explores how leadership education moderates the impact of knowledge management processes and intellectual capital on entrepreneurial orientation. The findings reveal that both knowledge management processes and intellectual capital significantly affect entrepreneurial orientation and innovation. However, leadership education does not strengthen the effect of knowledge management processes on entrepreneurial orientation. This study provides practical insights for coffee shop entrepreneurs to enhance competitiveness through effective knowledge management and optimal utilization of intellectual capital
