Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial untuk CRM, kompetensi sosial, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan strategi pemasaran digital terhadap kepuasan kinerja bisnis UMKM di Kota Semarang. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei online dalam bentuk Google Forms, dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah pelaku UMKM di Kota Semarang, Indonesia. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 25 untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen yaitu penggunaan media sosial untuk CRM, kompetensi sosial, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan strategi pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja bisnis UMKM. Di antara keempat variabel tersebut, strategi pemasaran digital menjadi variabel yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kepuasan kinerja bisnis, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,633 yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan kualitas strategi pemasaran digital berpotensi memberikan kontribusi peningkatan yang lebih besar terhadap kepuasan kinerja bisnis dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperdalam wawasan mengenai faktor-faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM, serta menjadi referensi untuk penelitian lanjutan di bidang manajemen pemasaran digital dan kewirausahaan. / This research aims to determine the influence of social media intensity for CRM, social competence, entrepreneurial orientation, and digital marketing strategies on the business performance satisfaction of MSMEs in Semarang City. Data were collected through online surveys distributed via Google Forms, and a quantitative approach was used to process the data. The research subjects are MSME actors located in Semarang, Indonesia. The collected data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 to test the research hypotheses. The research findings reveal that all four independent variables—social media use for CRM, social competence, entrepreneurial orientation, and digital marketing strategy have a positive and significant impact on MSMEs’ business performance satisfaction. Among them, the digital marketing strategy was found to be the most dominant factor, with the highest regression coefficient of 0.633, which means that any increase in the quality of digital marketing strategies has the potential to contribute to greater increases in business performance satisfaction than other variables. This study is expected to enrich understanding of the key factors that influence MSME business performance satisfaction and provide valuable insights for future research in digital marketing and entrepreneurship.
