Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Hotel di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, dengan seluruh populasi karyawan berjumlah 231 responden digunakan sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Keduanya juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Selain itu, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Namun, pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui mediasi Kepuasan Kerja bersifat positif tetapi tidak signifikan.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Kompensasi secara langsung memengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan secara signifikan, sedangkan peran mediasi Kepuasan Kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan. / This research aims to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life and Compensation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable at Hotels in Banda Aceh. This research uses a saturated sample method, with the entire employee population of 231 respondents used as the sample. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques.
The research results show that Quality of Work Life and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Both also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Apart from that, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. However, the influence of Quality of Work Life and Compensation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as mediation is positive but not significant.
This research concludes that Quality of Work Life and Compensation directly influence Employee Performance significantly, while the mediating role of Job Satisfaction does not have a significant influence.
